MAMA + BABY YOGA

Mama + Baby Yoga *snugglers
For mamas who are 6 weeks - 6 months postpartum and their babies.

Mondays

10:30am - 11:30am 

Bond with baby over yoga! Classes are designed for mama to safely building strength, release physical tension and naturally balance hormones all while engaging with baby. Updog Yoga Mamas' classes are a safe space and a judge free zone. Feeding, soothing and changing baby are all encouraged and welcome during the class time. After class, please enjoy a catch up with other mamas.

 

Classes are pre-booked in an 4-week workshop, with the same mamas and babies attending each week, allowing mamas to also bond with each other. Join the next class running from 25 Nov - 16 Dec - Book now!

No previous yoga experience required.

Class is suitable for all babies aged 6 weeks+ who are not crawling.

Limited to 5 mamas & babies | Bookings essential.

Payments are processed directly thru Jessica following online booking.

Mama + Baby Yoga *movers
For mamas who are 6 months+ postpartum and their mobile babies & toddlers.

Wednesday

9:30am - 10:30am

Bond with baby over yoga! Classes are designed for mamas who are looking to enjoy a well balanced yoga class full of vinyasa flows, restorative postures and meditation. Babies and toddlers are welcome to roam freely around the studio while mama practices or join in the flow! Updog Yoga Mamas' classes are a safe space and a judge free zone. Feeding, soothing and changing baby are all encouraged and welcome during the class time. After class, please enjoy a catchup with the other mamas.

 

Classes are pre-booked in an 4-week workshop, with the same mom's and babies attending each week, allowing mamas to also bond with each other. Join the next round of classes running 27 Nov - 18 Dec -  Book now!

Total Fusion Mt Gravatt

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Updog Yoga Mamas is here to help make your pregnancy as enjoyable as possible and prepare you for birth and beyond. A weekly yoga class is now available every Saturday at Total Fusion Mount Gravatt.

Classes are designed to take mamas through a journey of stress management, fitness & emotional preparation for birth and reduce/alleviate common aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Each mama will be provided space and time inside the yoga studio at Total Fusion Mount Gravatt to create space for their growing baby and be given the tools to be in the best possible shape for their birth experience.

No previous yoga experience required.

Jessica is the lead instructor for this class. While away on maternity leave, her trusted friend Chris Fenet will continue guiding mamas through prenatal yoga.

Class is suitable for all pregnant women, any special circumstances will require a doctors note.
